REMINDER: Personal Security
For your personal safety always be aware of your surroundings. Here are a few measures you can do to ensure your personal security and the overall welfare of the community:

     

    Summertime Reminders

    • Change AC filters.
    • No barbecue grills can be stored above the first floor units.  Only charcoal grills can be stored on first floor patios.  Grills must be pulled at least 10ft away from the building to use.
    • No glass bottles or alcoholic beverages at the pool.
    • Please be sure to follow the posted speed limits in the condo parking lot. 
    • Do not use patios for storage of personal items. Bicycles are not to be stored on patios.
